Magnificent Sky

The sky
Glory of the earth
Glorious and superior
The one above us all
The on that connect us.

We all share its glory,
Protect us from the wrath of the beast above,
Minimize the wrath,
Thus convert it for our comfort,

The sky
Our inspiration
Our protector
Our monument
From the origin of time,
Until now.

But what did we do to it?
We taint it,
We slay its grandeur
Bit by bit
Just as ant
Destroying the dam
In the end the slayer
Were finally slain
By the wrath that once shield us.
